VolleySplice
Terms of Use

VolleySplice is a free, assistive video-editing tool available as Android and iOS/iPadOS applications and a browser-based web application. By using any version, you agree to use it lawfully, review its suggested cuts, and remain responsible for the recordings and exports you create.
Using VolleySplice
These terms apply to the VolleySplice Android app, iOS/iPadOS app, web app, and related website. You may use VolleySplice for personal, team, coaching, or other lawful video-editing purposes. You must have the rights and permissions needed to record, process, export, and share the people, venues, audio, trademarks, and other content in your videos.
Automated suggestions
VolleySplice uses automated audiovisual models to suggest volleyball rally boundaries. Suggestions can miss rallies, include dead time, or choose imperfect boundaries. They are not guaranteed to be accurate. Review and adjust the proposed ranges before relying on or sharing an export.
Your content
You keep ownership of your videos and exports. VolleySplice does not claim rights to them. The Android, iOS/iPadOS, and web apps process selected video and audio locally and do not upload it to VolleySplice. You are responsible for keeping backups of original recordings and important exports.
On iOS/iPadOS, you choose recordings in Photos or Files and can save video exports to Files or Camera Roll. Photos may retrieve an original from iCloud Photo Library through Apple. Files providers, operating-system backups, and iCloud synchronization are governed by your platform settings and the provider's terms. VolleySplice does not operate an account service, advertising or analytics service, tracking service, or developer-server upload for your media.
The app may retain local access references, metadata, generated features, results, edits, exports, and cached project state as described in the Privacy Policy. Removing a local project does not remove its original recording, external exports, or platform backups. Manage those copies in Photos, Files, device settings, or the relevant storage service.
Acceptable use
Do not use VolleySplice to violate privacy, publicity, copyright, contract, venue, safeguarding, or other applicable rights or laws. Do not attempt to misuse the Android app, iOS/iPadOS app, web app, or website to harm a device or service, bypass platform security, or distribute malicious content.
Availability and changes
VolleySplice may change, gain or lose features, or stop being offered. Compatibility and performance vary by device, browser, Android or iOS/iPadOS version, video format, recording quality, duration, available memory, and storage. Browser storage may be cleared by you, your browser, or your device, so it must not be treated as the only copy of important data.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VolleySplice is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VolleySplice is not responsible for lost recordings, missed or incorrect cuts, failed or incomplete exports, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of its Android app, iOS/iPadOS app, web app, or website. Your mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
